For first-time subscribers, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund guarantee within 7 days of purchase.

  • Whether you subscribe monthly or annually, if you submit a request within 7 days, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • This policy applies only to the first purchase per user.

2. Refund Process

  2. Provide Information: Include your registered email, order number, and reason for refund (optional, for product improvement only).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not offer refunds in the following cases:

4. Canceling Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your "Account Settings" page.

  • After cancellation, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
